Each apartment is independent with kitchen, crockery and everything needed to be autonomous for cooking.
We do not offer board or breakfast services inside the villa.

A security deposit of EUR 100 in cash is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full in cash after checking the condition of the accommodation during check-out.
In the Municipality of Capo d'Orlando there is a tourist tax regulated as follows: €2 per day per person from the 12th year of age up to the 75th and for a maximum of 10 nights. This tax is to be considered extra with respect to the estimate and to be delivered exclusively in cash upon arrival.
