A beautiful peaceful location and a lovely villa.
☺ The property is situated in a beautiful, peaceful, location with good access to amenities including a local shop, a super market, and the port with lovely caffès, bars, and restaurants. (The view is just as beautiful as the photos!) The building, as well as the pool, are extremely clean and well maintained. The beach, which is around 5 minutes away by car but accessible on foot in around 15 minutes, is spacious, very clean, and has a well staffed beach bar. I would recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay but I wouldn’t say it’s essential.

☹ The only downside to the whole property was the size of the fridge / freezer. As we like to cook at home it would have been easier with a larger fridge/ freezer. However, that’s a minor downside.

A fabulous apartment in beautiful gardens and what a view!
☺ What an amazing apartment, the views over the ocean were spectacular! The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a fabulous balcony where we could sit and also eat. The pool was lovely set in beautiful gardens. The owners were so kind, friendly and helpful. An very beautiful and relaxing place to visit- excellent value for the price.
☺ We loved the beautiful surroundings, the view of the sea and marina and the wonderful garden they keep there. 
The pool was perfect and set in a such a peaceful spot. 
The room was clean and cool and had everything we needed.
The local town of Capo d’Orlando has many fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. We felt like we experienced an authentic view of Sicily here with not many other tourists. The walk down there is a little long in the heat, but has beautiful views and is worth it if you enjoy walking like we do. You can take a taxi if you would prefer. 
Lastly, the owner and their son are extremely warm and kind people. They were always happy to help us with taxis, coffees, advice and even helping to order a pizza. We felt so at home and welcomed by the hosts. 
Highly recommed !

Amazing place with stunning views
☺ Truly unique villa. The location and the view are just breathtaking! Also suitable for long-term holidays thanks to the kitchenette. The outdoor area full of flowers and vegetation with a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the sea (usable 24 hours a day) makes your stay even more appreciated. Impeccable cleaning and kind and always available host. I will definitely come back here.
